The Dallas Cowboys release Flozell Adams

The Cowboys have released OT Flozell Adams. Adams started all 16 games for the Cowboys last season. In his 12 years with the Cowboys, Adams played in 182 games (178 starts), The team felt it was time to go in a new direction at tackle but I fully look for the 34-year old Adams to hook on with a new team likely after the NFL Draft.

    How about them COWBOYS? We will miss Flozell, but times they are a changin’. Hope this decision works out for the Boys. God, we need a successful season…only the Super Bowl will be the ultimate goal.

    I’m not so sure that Doug Free will be able to replace Adams. I look for the Cowboys to draft at least 1 tackle, probably early in the draft.
