The Cowboys dominated the Titans in every phase of this football game.  It all started with a razor sharp Tony Romo at QB as he connected on 18 of 24 passes for 192 yards.  But the QB play was solid all night long for the Cowboys last Friday Night as Jon Kitna followed Romo by completing 9 of 12 passes for 111 yards with 1 TD pass.  Rookie Stephen McGee finished up the game in impressive fashion completing 5 of 6 passes for 52 yards with 1 TD pass.  Keon Lattimore led the way in the running game for the Cowboys in this game with 33 yards rushing on 9 carries (3.7 ypc).  Felix Jones (2 rec, 47 yards) and Marion Barber each pitched in with 1 rushing TD apiece in this game.  TE Martellus Bennett led the way in the passing game for the Cowboys in this one with 4 catches for 65 yards (16.3 avg).  WR Kevin Ogletree caught Jon Kitna’s TD (2-yarder) and TE Rodney Hannah caught Stephen McGee’s TD pass (22 yards).  The Cowboys rolled up an amazing 466 yards of total offense in this game (111 rushing, 355 passing) while holding the ball for a stunning 40:57 of this game!  You can’t get much better than that.

CB Deangelo Smith led the way for the Cowboys’ defense with 5 tackles in this game.  The Cowboys stuffed the Titans holding them to only 191 total yards on offense (51 rushing, 140 passing).  This was a complete reversal of the game with the Raiders the week before.

The Cowboys had a rough time in the Black Hole against the Raiders in this game.  Tony Romo made a quick exit from this game after completing 4 of 6 passes for 36 yards and a TD.  Jon Kitna followed Romo in this game by completing 7 of 10 passes for 87 yards with a pickoff.  Rookie Stephen McGee finished up the game at QB completing 4 of 9 passes for 34 yards.  Keon Lattimore led the Cowboys in rushing against the Raiders with 55 yards on 11 carries (5.0 ypc).  He also caught 2 passes for 14 yards.  Tashard Choice pitched in with 29 yards rushing on 8 carries (3.6 ypc).  WR Sam Hurd really stepped up in this game catching 5 passes for 79 yards (15.8 avg).  The Cowboys need him to keep up the good work.  The Cowboys only passed for 147 yards in this game but they ran the ball well rushing for 127 yards on 29 carries (4.4 ypc).

Safety Courtney Brown led the way for the Cowboys in this game with 7 tackles.  But, Brown was one of the only defenders that showed up in this game as the Raiders finished with 456 yards!  The Raiders pushed around the D-Line of the Cowboys’ in this game as they rushed for 176 yards on only 26 carries (6.8 ypc).

This game showed that the Cowboys have a lot of work to do before the regular season starts next month.
