The Cowboys traded back up into the first round to select Mike Jenkins out of South Florida.  He is 5’10″, 200 pounds and he runs a very quick 4.45 40.  Jenkins played in 49 games (40 starts) at South Florida and he made 133 tackles, broke up 41 passes, had 6 interceptions and forced 3 fumbles.  Jenkins will probably start out as a nickel back for the Cowboys but he will no doubt be a starter down the road….and a good one at that.
