The Cowboys sign WR Jamel Richardson

Jamel Richardson played 4 seasons in the Canadian Football League and he caught 118 passes for 1,501 yards (12.7 avg).  He has NFL size at 6′3″, 220 pounds but he has an uphill battle to make the roster because the Cowboys roster is stacked with receivers in front of him.
