It looked as if Bobby Carpenter was the perfect pick for the Cowboys.  The Cowboys had an opening at outside linebacker and it really looked like Carpenter would get to start, but he got beat out in training camp.  There is still time for Carpenter to turn around his season and career, but he only has 8 tackles in 9 games so far this season.
